Every year, the CDL season calendar includes events that fall outside of the traditional five-tournament calendar. These events include invitational tournaments, public debates, the national circuit program, and more. - Performance Trust Public Debates: The 2010 Performance Trust Public Debates on the U.S. Economy will take place December 10th and 11th, and will feature eight of the CDL’s top teams in a series of debates on the state of the U.S. economy and how to fix it.
- National Circuit Program: The National Circuit Program enables 40-50 of the CDL’s top debaters to compete at tournaments across the country.
